I had never worked with a leadership coach before, but felt the need to regroup, recover, and hit reset on my career path and mental fitness after the pandemic. Lucy was a wonderful coach. She helped me identify the factors that cause burnout, and coached me on how to manage the triggers, inner thoughts and myriad factors that cause stress, in addition to helping me refocus on my career goals moving forward.
